Lease Terms

Enjoy a 12-month lease with the following utility arrangements: Residents are responsible for gas and electric bills, while water, sewer, and trash services are included in the rent.

Pet Policy

  1. Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.

  2. Waste Disposal: Residents must remove and properly dispose of pet waste, or face a $25 fine per incident. After 3 violations, pet removal may be required.

  3. Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds are not permitted, including but not limited to Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, all wolf breeds, and any mixes of these breeds. Management reserves the right to deem other breeds or specific animals as aggressive.

Animal Deposit: A $300 animal deposit is required. All animals must have current vaccination records at the time of approval and must submit updated records annually. The security deposit in the lease contract does not include this additional deposit amount. Refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the lease contract.

Service Animals: No deposit is required with an approved reasonable accommodation. All service animals must have current vaccination records at the time of approval and must submit updated records annually.
