Our lease terms start with an initial 12-month period, transitioning to a month-to-month lease after the first year. Please note, HUD paperwork must be recertified annually.

Pet Policy

Pet Policy Summary

  • Pet Limit: Max of 2 pets per apartment.

  • Waste Disposal: Proper disposal required, $25 fine per incident. After 3 violations, pet removal may be required.

  • Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds are prohibited (e.g., Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, wolf breeds, and mixes). Management may deem other breeds/aggressive.

  • Emergency Vet Care: In case of accidents/injury to your pet, we may take it to a vet at your expense.

  • Animal Rules: Pets must not disturb neighbors. Dogs/cats must be housebroken, other pets caged, no offspring. Indoor urination/defecation in designated areas (e.g., cat box); outdoor in gravel/dirt areas with immediate waste disposal.

  • Pet Deposit: $300. Emotional support animals (ESA) exempt with prior authorization and no deposit.
