Lease Terms

Our lease begins with a 12-month term, transitioning to a month-to-month arrangement thereafter. Annual HUD recertification is required.

Pet Policy

Pet Policy Summary
  1. Pet Limit: Maximum of 2 pets per apartment.

  2. Waste Disposal: Residents must properly dispose of pet waste or face a $25 fine per incident. After 3 violations, pet removal may be required.

  3. Breed Restrictions: Certain breeds are not permitted, including Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, all wolf breeds, and any combinations/mixes of these breeds. Management reserves the right to deem other breeds or specific animals as aggressive.

  4. Emergency Care: In emergencies involving accidents or injuries to your pet, we may take the animal to a designated veterinarian at your expense.

  5. Animal Rules:

    • Pets must not disturb neighbors or other residents.

    • Dogs, cats, and support animals must be housebroken; other pets must be caged at all times. No offspring allowed.

    • Indoor urination/defecation must be in designated areas (e.g., cat box); outdoor urination/defecation must be in designated areas (gravel/dirt), with immediate waste disposal.

Pet Deposit: A $300 pet deposit is required. Emotional support animals (ESA) are exempt with prior approval and medical documentation.
